About This Course
This course provides essential skills and knowledge to successfully plan, execute, and oversee projects from start to finish. It covers key areas such as project planning, risk management, budgeting, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and quality control. Students learn to use project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, along with tools such as Microsoft Project and Trello. The course helps individuals develop leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, preparing them for roles in various industries, including IT, construction, healthcare, and business management.

Entry Requirement
- Minimum Education: Completion of high or Secondary School education or its equivalent.
- English Proficiency: A credit pass in English Language in GCSE or its equivalent is mandatory

There are two categories of students, and the course fees vary depending on the type of student you are.
Home Students: £ 2000 per 20 weeks.
International Students: £ 3000 per 20 weeks.
